Return & Exchange Policy – Anthropologie Home Outlet

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 5–10 days of receiving their order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale and promotional items may be excluded and are subject to our standard policy.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:

  • Be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

  • Include the original packaging or boxes.

  • Be sent in one package.

  • Be shipped from the same country the order was delivered to (e.g., U.S. orders must be returned from the U.S.).

  • Be sent using the same courier used for the original delivery.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, certain jewelry, cosmetics, and skincare are not eligible for return. Swimwear must have the original sanitary liner intact.

Defective or damaged items may be returned at no additional cost, subject to review.


🚫 In-Store Returns Not Accepted

All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse.
We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases, as our retail locations and website operate on separate systems.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not provide return labels or cover shipping or import fees unless the item is defective.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring proper packaging and for keeping proof of postage until the return is confirmed as received.


Return Instructions

  1. Contact Us
    Email service@worldwidefactorysale.com with:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Description and photo/video (for faulty item claims)

  2. Repackage the Item
    Include the receipt and place items in their original packaging.

  3. Ship Your Return
    Use the same courier service that delivered your order. Apply the return label clearly and securely.
    You are responsible for the return until the package is marked as received at our warehouse.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days of receiving your return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective items.

  • If your return does not meet our conditions, it will be sent back at your expense.
